I would like to start by saying our hearts go out to all those affected by the shooting on Friday. There simply aren’t words to describe our sorrow for the entire community.

I did manage to finish quilting my pinwheel quilt yesterday. I should have pictures up tomorrow if it’s not super windy. This weather is extremely unpredictable so I’m hoping for the best but expecting the worst.
I would also like to say that yesterday marked my one year anniversary of my back surgery. I cannot believe it’s been one year. I feel so much better than I did in 2011. I can actually sit and walk without being in constant pain! I’m so grateful to my surgeon for fixing me up last year. That was the best Christmas present ever!
