Giving Thanks – Quilters’ Blog Hop Party Giveaway

Happy Thursday everyone!  Today we are joining Michele from the Quilting Gallery in the Giving Thanks Quilters’ Blog Hop Party.  You can find a list of participating blogs here.  Make sure and visit everyone on the list.

I thought it would be nice to giveaway a bundle of Christmas fabrics so one lucky winner can make some awesome Christmas projects.  There’s a total of 3 yards up for grabs.  It’s the Kate Spain 12 Days of Christmas fabric from Moda along with a couple solids.

Entering is easy.  Leave us a comment.  Tell us something you are thankful for, Thanksgiving is right around the corner.  If you are an overachiever, like me, you can earn some extra entries.  Find us on Twitter and follow us.  Or find us on Pinterest and follow us.  I have links for both in the right sidebar.  Just click the buttons and then come back and leave a comment letting us know you did.  You can also Tweet the giveaway.

The giveaway is open until Tuesday, November 26th at 11:59 PM.

Make sure to hop on over to Melissa’s blog at Sew Bittersweet Designs.  We’re sponsoring her giveaway for the Blog Hop Party.  Plus she’s anxiously awaiting the UPS man.  He’s delivering the quilt I just quilted for her.  I can’t wait for her to see it.

Stay tuned for lots and lots of quilting posts.  I’ve had a lot going on and mom and Gene are visiting.  So blogging has suffered as usual.  But I have a ton of things to share.

Have a great weekend!

I’m not sure if I’m thankful for having the opportunity of cooking Thanksgiving and all of its trimmings in a student kitchen or not…but it will be fun!

  17. I’m thankful for my health, to be living in a place I love, with space to quilt and create. I think those Christmas fabrics are my favorite. I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for luck!

  18. Lovely Christmas fabrics. I’m thankful that my husband is supportive of my quilting habit. But then in the same time that he’s bought 3 motorcycles, I’ve only bought 1 sewing machine (the fabric doesn’t count, ha!). Thanks for the giveaway.

  19. I’m thankful that my friend Rebecca, whom I’ve known for 40 years, is coming to spend Christmas with us. This fabric would make her a nice stocking and pillowcase for the holidays.

  20. LOVE LOVE LOVE these fabrics! I can’t believe you still have some. I’m so sad that I missed the boat when this awesome line first came out.
Right now I am thankful for our wonderful new home – we just bought it a few months ago and we’re still loving it!

  21. Oh my gosh! I have this fabric on my wish list and want some SO badly. I had planned to use this to make stockings for my 3 Grandchildren possibly.

I am thankful most for a husband who will do anything for me, including shopping (and holding) for fabric or sitting at the Viking store while discussing sewing machine stuff. I am also thankful for my children and the three grandchildren I have. One of my children and his fiancée and our youngest Granddaughter live with us right now. That adorable little girl brings joy to every single day for me. I just love watching her grow and listen to her chattering. They moved here when she was about 4 months old and she is now almost 2yrs old so she’s at that adorable age where the gibbers have changed in tone to more chattering. Each day I expect her to start saying all sorts of words. (and hopefully no bad ones since they’ve been uttered at certain times LOL OOPS)

    Have a wonderful holiday Vicki.
