Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day!

Good morning and welcome to Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day 2012.  A huge thank you to Sew Mama Sew for organizing this fun event.

Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day 2012

Make sure you jump over to Sew Mama Sew for a complete list of all participating blogs.

If this is your first time stopping by our blog, Welcome!  My mom and I blog here on a semi-regular basis.  I have 2 school aged kids and a husband so life is a bit crazy sometimes.  Mom blogs when she gets time but her life is really crazy.  My step dad, Gene, had a massive stroke 1.5 years ago so she is his primary caregiver.  She stays pretty busy.
We try to share tutorials but I really love sharing all my finished quilts and quilt patterns.  Mom and I both love to design quilts and I love to use Roscoe, my Gammill, to quilt.  It’s always nice to finish quilts!  I hope you will take a minute to have a look around and come back sometime!

Today we’ll be giving away a nice bundle of 1/2 yard cuts Riley Blake Fabrics.  The bundle includes two solids and four new black and white prints from the Mystique collection.

The giveaway is open until 5PM on December 7th.

That’s all I have for now.  Today is Mom and Gene’s last day here.  We’ll be busy getting their stuff packed up and ready to go.  Boo.  I should have lots of things to share over the next couple of weeks.

  1. I love the B&W with pops of color. Thanks for the chance to win and for sharing with us when you can. As a mother of two young boys, I understand the craziness.

  2. I don’t have much for black and white fabrics, so these would be a great addition to my stash. They’d make some cute skirts.
    Thanks for the giveaway.

  3. Oh I would so love to win this bundle! I have a friend who just loves black and white with a touch of pink…I made pillowcases for her one time when she was having hip surgery and she just loved them. Please pick me!! 🙂

  6. I am doing Bonnie Hunter’s mystery quilt and I really need some black on whites. If you pick me I won’t have to buy any and that would make my husband very happy.

  7. I am a happy follower and I have really enjoyed your blog for several months. I like black and whites and just made a donation quilt of black/white with a touch of hot pink so this would nicely help in the re-stashing! Merry Christmas.

  8. This would be a nice addition to some other black and white pieces of fabrics I have won not too long ago during another hop. Maybe even enough for a quilt or wallhanging! Thanks for the giveaway.

  12. Love those black and white fabrics – Would love to make something for my sister with them. She loves black and white even more than me – she even had a black and white wedding, even her gown had a black sash.
